I got my postpaid line last Feb. 24, 2012, Friday, the staff said my number will be activated in 2-3 days. I asked them, how will I know if it's activated already? The staff said, I will receive a text message. Monday, which is already the 3rd day since I got my postpaid line and I still haven't gotten the activation text. So I tried sending a message to my other number just to check if my number is working already, and voila it is! Good thing I didn't wait for that text, or else I would have waited for nothing. Today, Friday, March 2, 2012, I got a text saying my unbilled charges is P363.35. (Btw, I've applied for plan 499 consumable with freebies of 10 mins call and 200 free texts to Globe and TM and 3 hours of mobile internet). Then I called their customer hotline, (it's kinda annoying calling their hotline coz I have to press 1 for this, 2 for that and so on..), anyway I asked for my unbilled charges and the machine said that it's P730.50.. I was like whattttt???? I've only used this phone for like 5 days and I'm pretty much sure I haven't used up all free 200 text messages and 3 hours of mobile internet. What should I believe? The unbilled charges that was sent to me via text or the one that the customer service machine said??? Plus, my credit limit is only P600. I dunno how my bill went that big.. WTF Globe?! I feel cheated on..seriously..
